Make It Design began in November 2009 with one man's dream to create websites that are functional and affordable to not only large companies with huge revenue figures but also for smaller and newly started companies. The company is owned by Christo Gaybba to supply a service for anyone or any business that wants to expand their image by means of the Internet.

We realize how important mutual understanding, quality, cost- and time-efficiency in business are, and this why we stick to the following rules in our service: individual approach to every client, fast response, great support and no hidden costs.

Our company is situated in Worcester, Western Cape, which is surrounded by vineyards and picturesque mountains. We do not only offer website design services but also graphic design services, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and website hosting.

Support

We now offer great support to all our current clients whether it is website or hosting related e.g. new e-mail addresses, changes or e-mail settings that need to be set up right, you can open a support ticket by visiting our support ticket section or by e-mailing us.

We will then get back to you immediately regarding the problem you have with your website. Please note that if you need changes to be done on your website, you still need to use our support system. This way we can easily filter out which is design related or customers struggling with their website.

PLEASE NOTE: Problems with e-mail will get first attention before changes/errors on a website.
